Who Must Register?

Railway Establishments

Stations, colonies, workshops, hospitals, and office complexes generating more than 100 kg/day of solid waste.

Vendors & Concessionaires

Stall operators, caterers, retailers, and manufacturers operating on railway land under licence or agreement.

BWG Threshold: Any entity generating >100 kg/day of solid waste, using >40,000 litres/day of water, or occupying >20,000 m² is classified as a Bulk Waste Generator.
